UK SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS (ONLINE SAFETY ACT COMPLIANCE)
4Men.fun operates in full compliance with the United Kingdom Online Safety Act 2023 and the regulatory standards established by Ofcom. These supplemental terms apply to all users accessing the service from the United Kingdom.
1. STATUTORY AGE ASSURANCE REQUIREMENT
In accordance with the Online Safety Act, 4Men.fun employs a "Hard Gate" policy for all UK-based IP addresses. Access to the platform—including the viewing of video titles, descriptions, or thumbnails—is strictly prohibited until a user has successfully completed a highly effective age verification process.
2. APPROVED VERIFICATION METHODS
Users must verify they are 18 years of age or older through one of the following integrated technical methods:
  • Facial Age Estimation: Utilising technical analysis via YOTI or Didit to estimate age based on facial geometry. No images are stored by 4Men.fun following this process.
  • Government ID Verification: Validation of a passport, driving licence, or national identity card.
  • Credit Card Assurance: A standard banking check used to confirm adult status through financial records.
3. PROHIBITION OF CIRCUMVENTION
The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other technical means to bypass the UK age gate or to provide false age information is a material breach of these Terms. 4Men.fun reserves the right to permanently terminate accounts found to be in violation of these safety protocols.
4. DATA MINIMISATION AND PRIVACY
In compliance with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) standards, 4Men.fun adheres to strict data minimisation:
  • Verification is performed by third-party specialists (YOTI / Didit).
  • 4Men.fun does not link your browsing history to your real-world identity.
  • Identity documents are processed solely for the purpose of age confirmation and are not retained on our primary servers.
5. REGULATORY OVERSIGHT
4Men.fun acknowledges the regulatory authority of Ofcom regarding the protection of UK citizens from pornographic material. We maintain rigorous internal audit logs to demonstrate the effectiveness of our age assurance measures as required by law.
