NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

STEP 1: FLAG THE CONTENT IN-APP

1. Log in to your verified 4Men.fun account.
2. Navigate to the specific video or content in question.
3. Select the "Report" or "Flag" option and choose "Copyright Infringement" as the reason.
   Note: This creates an immediate internal record for our moderation team.

STEP 2: FORMAL EMAIL NOTIFICATION
After flagging the content, you must send a formal notice to our Copyright Agent at support@4Men.fun containing the following details:

1. Identification of the Work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. Location Details: The specific URL(s) on 4Men.fun and the timestamp/ID of the content.
3. Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Passport (or government-issued ID) to verify your legal identity and authority to act.
4. Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner.
5. Statement of Accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Signature: Your electronic or physical signature.
