AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between 4Men.fun ("the Company"), located at Rua das Portas de Santo Antão 117 - 1150-266 Lisbon, Portugal, and you ("the Affiliate").
1. MANDATORY ENROLMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION
To participate in the 4Men.fun Affiliate Program, you must fulfill the following cumulative requirements:
  • Standard User Registration: You must first register as a standard user on 4Men.fun.
  • Mandatory Age Verification: You must successfully complete the full Age Verification process required for all users (via YOTI, Didit, or ID-Selfie). No affiliate account will be activated until your identity and age (18+) have been verified.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer): Participation is only permitted for verified natural persons or legally registered entities represented by a verified individual.
2. PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES & RESTRICTIONS
The Affiliate shall promote 4Men.fun in a professional and lawful manner.
  • Prohibited Methods: Affiliates must not engage in spamming, misleading advertisements, or placing links on sites hosting illegal or non-consensual material.
  • Trademark Protection: Bidding on "4Men.fun" or similar trademarks in search engine advertising is strictly prohibited.
3. COMMISSIONS AND PAYMENTS
  • Verified Payouts Only: Commissions will only be paid out to the specific individual or entity that has successfully passed the Age Verification process associated with the account.
  • Payment Information: The name on the payment destination (Bank Account, Crypto Wallet, or Payment Service) must match the identity verified during the registration process.
  • Schedule: Payments are issued on a [Insert Schedule] basis, subject to a minimum threshold of [Insert Amount].
  • Fraud Prevention: 4Men.fun reserves the right to withhold payments if traffic is deemed fraudulent or if the Affiliate's verification status is revoked.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Company grants the Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive licence to use approved banners and logos solely for promotional purposes within this program. All intellectual property remains the property of 4Men.fun.
5. TERMINATION
  • Breach of Verification: If a user’s verification status is found to be fraudulent or is expired/revoked, the Affiliate agreement is terminated immediately, and all pending commissions are forfeited.
  • General Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4Men.fun is not liable for indirect damages or revenue loss due to technical failures. The Affiliate agrees to indemnify the Company against any legal claims arising from their promotional activities.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon.
