EU REGULATORY COMPLIANCE STATEMENT (DSA & AVMSD)
4Men.fun is operated from Lisbon, Portugal, and complies with the harmonised legal framework of the European Union, specifically the Digital Services Act (DSA - Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) and the Audiovisual Media Services Directive (AVMSD - Directive (EU) 2018/1808).

• Designated Points of Contact: In accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA, our single point of contact for EU authorities and users is support@4Men.fun. Communications can be made in English or Portuguese.
• Content Moderation: We use human moderation and automated tools to remove illegal content. If we restrict content or an account, the user will receive a "Statement of Reasons". Users have the right to appeal moderation decisions for at least six (6) months.
• Protection of Minors: Pursuant to Article 28a of the AVMSD, we employ high-assurance age verification (including YOTI and Didit) to ensure no person under 18 can access the platform.
• European Works: In accordance with Article 13 of the AVMSD, 4Men.fun promotes European audiovisual works, striving to ensure they represent at least 30% of our catalogue.
