INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE ADDENDUM

4Men.fun operates as a global platform and adheres to the specific legal requirements of various international jurisdictions. Users accessing our services from outside the European Union or the United Kingdom are subject to the following additional terms and conditions.
1. BRAZIL: ECA DIGITAL AND LGPD COMPLIANCE
In accordance with the Brazilian Digital ECA (September 2025) and the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD), the following rules apply to users in Brazil:

  • Zero Tolerance: Brazilian users may report illegal content to support@4Men.fun for immediate removal and reporting to local authorities within 24 hours.
2. AUSTRALIA: ONLINE SAFETY COMPLIANCE
Pursuant to the Australian Online Safety Act and its recent amendments, 4Men.fun enforces strict safety standards for users in Australia:
  • Age Gating: Access is strictly prohibited to persons under 18 years of age. We take all reasonable technical steps to prevent minors from encountering restricted material.
  • eSafety Commissioner: We acknowledge the authority of the Australian eSafety Commissioner to issue removal notices for non-consensual or illegal material, and we comply with all valid regulatory notices.
3. CHINA: LOCAL CONTENT REGULATIONS
