BILLING & REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL BILLING
All transactions on 4Men.fun will appear on your statement under the descriptor [Insert Descriptor Name]. By selecting a payment method and initiating a transaction, you authorise the Company to charge the specified amount.
2. MANDATORY WAIVER OF WITHDRAWAL (RIGHT OF CANCELLATION)
In accordance with EU and UK Consumer Law regarding digital content:
  • The Rule: By clicking the payment or purchase button, you provide your express prior consent to begin the performance of the digital service immediately.
  • The Waiver: You acknowledge that by initiating access to the content or service, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (refund).
3. REFUND EXCEPTIONS
A refund may only be requested if:
  • You have not accessed, viewed, or streamed any content and have not utilised the premium access or features.
  • There is a documented technical failure on our side that prevented access to the service.
  • Refund requests must be sent to support@4Men.fun within 14 days of purchase, provided the service remains unused.
