- Financial Data: Payment details (processed via secure third-party providers) and payout recipient data for Creators/Affiliates.
- Technical Data: Browser type, device information, and site usage statistics.
3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
We process your data under the following legal grounds (GDPR/LGPD):
- Contractual Necessity: To manage your account, process payments, and facilitate the Affiliate Program.
- Legal Obligation: To verify age and maintain records (e.g., U.S. 18 U.S.C. § 2257, UK Online Safety Act) and for tax withholding (e.g., Brazil).
- Legitimate Interest: For platform security, fraud prevention, and marketing our services.
4. DATA SHARING & INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

- Note: While you have rights to your personal data, this contractual license allows 4Men.fun to use specific assets for promotion perpetually. This right limits the "Right to Erasure" regarding marketing materials already in circulation.
6. DATA RETENTION
- Verification Records: Identity documents are stored for the duration of the account plus the period required by law (e.g., 7 years for US § 2257 compliance).
- Financial Records: Transaction and tax withholding data are kept in accordance with Portuguese and international tax regulations.
- Deleted Accounts: Upon account deletion, we may retain certain data to prevent re-registration of banned users or to comply with legal preservation orders.
